Cancellation Policy:
RESERVATIONS For a Reservation to be effective will have to be guaranteed with 50% of the total reservation, by means of a deposit or bank transfer, Please send proof of payment to our Phone numbers or WhatsApp 3157660292, The remaining balance of the reservation will be paid in cash the day of arrival at the Lodge.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY.
The amount paid is NOT refundable for cancellation or change, in case of not being able to travel definitely the money will remain as a deposit for a new reservation and will be paid difference in rate that would result, any changes must be made at least 72 hours before the arrival of the Refuge, after this time will be charged a penalty of 35% of the total reservation.
NO SHOW POLICY
No-show reservations will be considered NO SHOW and no refunds of any kind will be issued. All rates mentioned are per night, in Colombian pesos Terms and Conditions:

WITHDRAWAL LAW
"That in accordance with the Consumer Statute you have the right of withdrawal, because it is a transaction of those provided for in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. *If you make the reservation through the website www.refugiodelneusa.com the Central Reservation, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal shall be **five (5) working days from the purchase confirmation. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised once the service has begun. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send an email to refugiodelneusa@gmail.com if you made your purchase through this channel. The money paid without deductions will be refunded within thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right is exercised in the name of the reservation holder or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase".

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The rates per night depend on the type of accommodation and the number of people, as selected, you can see images and details in all our channels include: - parking - Wifi Internet, which is rural and may suddenly fail. - Parking for guests (subject to availability, restrictions apply). - Refugio del Neusa is a smoke-free establishment, smoking in the rooms or public areas is not allowed, there are penalties in case of non-compliance with this rule. - Conditions and restrictions may apply per date and per accommodation.
CHILDREN'S POLICIES
Rooms are per number of people, no matter the age, even a child under a certain age (depending on the accommodation) can stay free of charge, with their parents or guardians using existing beds (subject to reservation and availability). All guests (adults or minors) must present their identification document at check in without exception. Persons traveling to Colombia with minors are advised to contact a Colombian consulate prior to travel for further information. Refugio del Neusa complies with the law 1329 and 1356 of 2009 to counteract the commercial sexual exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism of children and adolescents. It is essential to present identity documents of the minor at the time of check in Check in and Check Out Policy Your reservation begins at 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 p.m. (12:00 noon) on the day of departure. Early check in / Late check out policy: It is subject to the occupancy of the day it is required with previous request. If not informed and authorized by the lodge, there will be an additional charge per hour, up to a maximum limit of 5pm working hours.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a previous payment. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refundable rates Changes made before 72 hours before the day of Check in hours (depending on the property), will not have penalty. After this time 30% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. Non-refundable rates The lodge has charges for cancellations and modifications: - The reservation does not allow modifications. - In case of cancellation the full stay will be charged. - In case of no show, the full stay will be charged. -Payment in advance: the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
