RULES OF YOUR HOME AT THE REFUGE
Welcome, we want you to take all the energy that the Refuge gives you and recharge your body and soul. We wish the best for you; and as every house has rules, in this one we established the following ones:
Smile, be happy, enjoy, love.
Always say hello, help the people who are in your Refugio home, (cabin or glamping), respect your neighbors, ask for things nicely, say thank you, talk without shouting, say goodbye when you leave.
Wash your hands at least every 3 hours with soap and water. If your hands are clean, use antibacterial gel as a hand cleaning option.
You may not smoke inside any accommodation. If you do, do it in your private green area, without disturbing other guests.
Park in reverse, if you did not do it when you entered the lodge, do it soon.
Sound policy: the refuge must be in complete peace from 10pm to 6am, no noise is allowed, no speakers. Because it is a mountain the sound is amplified too much and it makes the peace of the place uncomfortable, if this is not done it is a violation of the police code, Article 33, and incurs fines.
We recycle, there are deposit points in the parking lot with the following color code
GREEN: Kitchen waste
WHITE: Usable: glass, metal, cardboard (clean) BLACK OR GRAY: Non-usable: toilet paper, napkins, paper, cardboard (dirty)
RED: Hazardous waste: gloves, double knots.
When you check out, we ask you to deposit the bags in the collection place (at the entrance of the Refuge).
Prohibited: Take out the furniture, bedding, pillows, cushions to the green area, if you do it you will have to pay an extra fee.
You are free to walk on the trails and go to the mini-farm, you must not enter the green areas of the other lodges.
At check in, you will sign the custody act, you are agreeing to be responsible for what is in your accommodation and green area; if you damage any object or furniture will be charged.
If you arrived with your pet you have accepted the terms and conditions, remember you can not climb on the furniture or beds; you will be responsible for him or her, if you damage any object or furniture will be charged; if we find hair in the blankets we will charge external washing; do not use any element of the shelter to clean their needs (towels, blankets ...); the entry of the pet has an additional cost. The droppings must be deposited in a bag in the red bins.
At your check out, we will recount the inventory, if you have broken or damaged something will be charged.
